These terms govern your use of the Ikamet customer portal, which is owned and operated by Ikamet Limited.

1. Service Description

Insurance products available through this portal are arranged by IKAMET SIGORTA ARACILIK HIZMETLERI LIMITED SIRKET, a licensed insurance intermediary registered with SEDDK in Turkiye. The intermediary arranges insurance policies on your behalf with licensed Turkish insurers and is not the insurer or risk carrier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase insurance through this portal. By using this service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Policy Issuance

Policies are issued subject to insurer acceptance. The insurance intermediary or issuing insurer may decline an application where required. Policy documents will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are charged in GBP or EUR. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be completed in full for a policy to be active.
